Along with the change from linear to nonlinear scientific research, and the development and maturity of the researching for some complex and uncertain courses, logical analysis of rational calculation is gradually becoming a major research trends in design. Under this trend, this paper is trying to do shape parameter analysis and construction for the bionic design of product to have a control of this design way. From the perspective of researching, this is not only a complement to the theoretical study of Bionic design, is also expanding on bionic design approach channels, and also plays an active role in linking to the subsequent computer-aided design.First of all, this paper analyses the process of the bionic design of product and locks a vague and uncertain goal. Then the topological properties as the theory, taking its advantage of stability in pattern recognition and shape deformation, we have rational constraint for the bionic design of product. In the section of biometric analysis, we establish characteristic analysis template based on the cognitive stability and using the consciousness research results of topological properties. In the section of feature extraction, this article defines the Topological relations by making use of the formal description of Topological properties in GIS, classify and have calculation for the correlation of the morphological characteristics, construct quantitative scale table for characteristics and all the relationships. In the section of simplification, through the smooth and hybrid method of topology transformation, we have discussion about simplified threshold and bring up strategy for Morphological Characteristics psychological and physical simplification. In the section of generation, this paper proposed some micro-policy such as:characteristic nodes make topological changes, feature structure follows the changes in the nearby, and from apparent motion based on the Topological differences etc. In the end of the paper, against the restriction policy which has been proposed, the paper carried experimental analysis of eye movements, as well as data collection and calculation of several bionics cases verified its suitability and effectiveness.This paper, based on the topological theory, has exploratory introduced the topology to the process of bionic design, established the constraint policy for its properties, and also did the validity check forming a somewhat rational way for the bionic design of the product.
