With the increasing of perceptual consumption,industrial design begins to turn to the characteristic of user-centered and adapting to consumer's individualized demand,and the emotion and individuation become the decisive factor for consumers to buy products.and the product form bionic design becomes the designer to give the product emotion the important method,people in the contact and the use Bionic product's process will spontaneously the product form function and the intension decoding,the bionic form also more easily becomes the intrinsic rich emotional medium.Therefore,the key to the success of product bionic design is to ensure the consistency of the emotional semantics and perceptual cognition of bionic products and bionic objects.Based on this,this study from the Bionic object,the bionic product's image cognition coupling and the morphological cognition coupling two aspects,carries on the quantification analysis,thus realizes the two-perceptual cognition coupling,on this basis borrows the Monkey King Genetic algorithm evolution mechanism,produces satisfies the target demand the product form design new plan.The main research contents include the following three aspects:Firstly,Image cognitive coupling.Using the SD questionnaire to excavate the product imagery vocabulary,using the semantic difference method to quantify the image cognition scale of bionic products and imitating organism,the relationship between image words is obtained by cosine similarity,which can be used to characterize the image cognition distance between bionic product and organism,and finally take the creature with the least image cognition distance as the bionic.Secondly,Morphological and cognitive coupling.Firstly,using the theory of topological perception and reference to biological morphology,by analyzing the topological characteristics of the bionic objects,by calculating the topological relation weights to identify the important features of the organism,establishing the topological similarity evaluation model,the topological similarity between the feature elements of the bionic objects and the corresponding product structure is compared,and then the morphological and cognitive coupling is obtained.Thirdly,The construction of product bionic morphological evolutionary design system based on Monkey King genetic algorithm.The system firstly establishes the father Monkey King according to the morphological and cognitive coupling degreeand combines the character of the Monkey King Genetic algorithm gene sequencing,copying and introducing the substitution pattern to produce the product form design scheme satisfying the user's cognitive characteristics.This research takes the bionic design of kettle as an example,uses the image cognition coupling model to determine the Bionic object,utilizes the Bionic Shape Evolution Design system of the product,obtains a series of product bionic form with high morphological cognition,and confirms the feasibility of the method.
