| With the accelerating of China’s aging process,the traditional social endowment patterns and environment have been unable to meet the demand of the current endowment,thus under the State Council put forward "build elderly livable environment system" development strategy,optimal aging and wisdom of public environment construction has become an important part of development strategy in our country at present.Under the background of the "14th Five-Year Plan" to advocate the construction of "future community" environment for the elderly,the intelligent exploration of the interior design of the future community activity center for the elderly conforms to the overall trend of aging development in China.This thesis applies wisdom endowment concept to expand to the future community elderly activity center of the study of interior design,on the one hand,provides the wisdom pension field emerging cross horizon,builds community centre for senior citizens in the future the theoretical framework of interior design,provides a theoretical basis for the grading and rating system of interior design of elderly activity centers established by the state.On the other hand,based on the typical case effect of Nanjing Junyi Health Community elderly activity Center,the intelligent design transformation of China’s future community elderly care environment is promoted.This thesis is a sub-project of the Youth Foundation for humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education,“Research on intelligent aging design of urban transportation hub environment based on big data application”.This paper takes the intelligent endowment as the theoretical starting point,takes the interior design of the elderly activity center in the future community as the research object,and uses multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge such as psychology,architecture and design.Through questionnaire investigation,data analysis,user interviews and hierarchical analysis and other research methods,the big data,AI,VR wisdom endowment frontier technology,applied to Nanjing Junyi Health Community elderly activity Center,raise the wisdom of the community elderly activity center of interior space design,in order to realize the wisdom of the elderly activity center of interior design of the future community innovation.The research of this thesis mainly centers on the four parts of “The concept of intelligent retirement —— The data of the aging user--The requirement of the aging user —— The strategy of intelligent interior design--the practice of intelligent interior design”.First of all,the relevant theories of intelligent elderly care and interior design of future community elderly activity center are summarized,and the development status of intelligent elderly care in future community environment and interior environment design is explored.Study the development goals of community construction in the future,and construct the demand model of the elderly activity center in the future community space design.The forecast needs of the elderly under the concept of smart endowment are matched with the future community interior design,and the intelligent design trend of the future community elderly activity center is proposed.Second,the research analyzes the elderly activity center the wisdom of the future community interior design of aging data and space requirements,through the device software and artificial research studied the old users,and the data were analyzed,and the aging target users,we can be divided into four categories,and based on the categories of space requirements of different types of older users,the activity experience process and time scenes of different types of elderly users in the space are designed.Through cross analysis,the intelligent demand of elderly users in the space is divided into demand levels,and the main intelligent interior design scenes are studied and analyzed.Based on this,the mapping relationship between intelligent demand and interior design is established and provide reference data for later interior design strategy.Thirdly,the intelligent interior design strategy of the community elderly activity center in the future is proposed.By exploring the relationship between the elderly activity center and the future community environment scene,and based on this,the interior design and information service design of intelligent exploration;Based on the aging needs of elderly users in the activity center for the elderly,the design strategy of building “a single space with multiple modules--a unitary space system suitable for aging--a combination of menu-type space modules” was proposed.Starting from the intelligent needs of elderly users in the elderly activity center,the intelligent interior scene design is innovated.To further guide the interior design practice of the senior activity center.Finally,taking Nanjing Junyi Health Community elderly activity Center as an example,based on the actual situation and design orientation of the project,the spatial function layout of the elderly activity center was designed.Starting from the block generation of the functional space,the space layout mode of “Layered staggered + block set”is carried out,and the building of the activity center for the aged is designed to realize the optimal solution of the space traffic.Finally,integrated with the relevant technologies and means of the wisdom of the elderly,the design of each functional space,to help design practice output.And select the typical target users to verify the design results,providing valuable advice for the later design optimization.This paper consists of 6 chapters,about 75000 words and 110 charts. |
