Research On Landscape Design Of Elderly Care Community Based On The Theory Of Environmental Behavior

At present,the aging of the world’s population is becoming increasingly severe,and the degree of aging of China’s population is also deepening.The imbalance of supply between the level of economic development and the demand for aging has led to the current situation of "old before rich".The outdoor landscape environment of the elderly community is closely related to the daily life of the elderly.It is also the part that is easy to be missed and ignored in the current design.In this context,the author studies the landscape design of the elderly care community through the theory of environmental behavior,pays more attention to the rationality and comfort of the landscape space,and puts forward design opinions for the landscape of the elderly care community,in order to improve the quality of the landscape space of the elderly care community and achieve the purpose of providing quality of life for the elderly.At the same time,it has a certain reference significance for the construction of the theoretical system of landscape design of the elderly care community.Therefore,the problems to be solved in this project are:from the theory of environmental behavior,combined with the needs and daily activities of the elderly,summed up the characteristics of their daily behavior;explore the basic characteristics of the elderly community landscape;the actual case design of the elderly community landscape.The main contents and results of this study are as follows:(1)starting from the needs of the changes in the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,combining with the questionnaire survey,to understand the daily activities habits and preferences of the elderly,and to summarize the requirements of outdoor activities space suitable for the characteristics and needs of the elderly;(2)to conduct in-depth analysis of the relevant theories of environmental behavior,and to dig out the landscape design suitable for the elderly community According to the relevant theories of the elderly,the basic characteristics of the elderly community should be summed up;(3)the basic characteristics of the elderly community landscape should be summed up,and brought into the actual research cases for evaluation and analysis,learning the advantages that can be used for reference in the case,and further improving the design points of the elderly community landscape;(4)finally according to the above research conclusion In conclusion,the key points and methods of landscape design of the elderly care community under the guidance of relevant theories of environmental behavior are obtained and applied to the landscape design project of Xinchang ancient town elderly care center.
