Study On The Design Of Xi’an Community Cultural Activity Center

Since the end of twentieth Century,with China’s continuous improvement of living standards,life expectancy continues to increase,the population age structure gradually from young to old aged.As of 2014 over 60 years in China has exceeded 200 million.So the government issued a special "9073" plan,namely 90% of the elderly population through family to solve the problem of old-age pension,7% of the elderly population to solve through the community,the remaining 3% to settle by the pension agency.This means that most of the elderly living space and time will be spent in the community.But with the overall level of social life,the poor material has gradually in the past,the spirit of life is rich in the old people’s happiness in life to occupy an increasingly high proportion in the community.Whether there is a complete set of cultural activities for the elderly daily space became We are now more and more attention to the problem.What kind of place for setting the activity center,activity center should have what function,has been built to meet the growing community of elderly people to the needs of the spiritual life is the original intention of writing this thesis.This article is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is the introduction part,put forward the problem based on the social background of city renewal and Chinese aging trend is elaborated,and determine the purpose and method of the research.The second chapter and the third chapter together is the basis for this study.The second chapter mainly introduces a series of features on the elderly people,such as the elderly physiological demand,behavior characteristics and psychological characteristics of elderly people in the elderly,in order to determine the elderly to the architectural space of some rigid requirements.The third chapter introduces an overview of the elderly activity center,including the development of activity center,activity center of the functional properties and functions etc.the fourth chapter is divided into two parts,first part is a survey on comprehensive service has been built in the Xi’an area for the elderly,content Selects a comprehensive service center for the elderly in Beilin District,Weiyang District Elderly activity center and West Southern Institute of the retired worker activity center,according to its location,the outdoor environment of the space distribution,research,management and so on,summed up some common advantages or deficiencies.The second part is the author in the network to collect the domestic and foreign some excellent design cases,through the analysis of these case studies,data rich basic research.The fifth chapter is a general type on the front to the design of the center on aging chapter.From the form of space,the design of barrier free facilities,traffic space and details.The five points of the outdoor space,the activity center and puts forward some suggestions on the design of reconstruction,summarizes the main points of design.The sixth chapter is a synthesis of these points The application,through the transformation design of integrated building of Xi’an city seven West Road No.291 Jia Shu Yuan,the transformation of design strategy summed up the application in the practical,improve the design strategy of transformation can be implemented.The last chapter of this thesis is a summary of the thesis.In the study of some limitations and shortcomings,and points out the further research direction.
