| In recent years,the aging problem and the residential problem of the elderly population have become the focus of people’s attention.As a gathering place for the daily life of the elderly,the elderly community has gradually become a construction mode for the elderly [1].Endowment communities can provide a complete endowment facilities and beautiful living environment,provide for the elderly in the nursing care,but many problems still exist in the current retirement community,especially endowment activity space in the community,only stay in meet the demand of the elderly as the passive,no development initiative in the elderly.Therefore,to understand the active needs of the elderly and what kind of activity space design can not only comprehensively meet the needs of the elderly but also conform to the development direction of the country is the problem to be solved in this paper.Based on the theory of active aging advocated by the state,this paper takes the design of elderly community activity space as the research object.Firstly,it provides theoretical basis for the subsequent content of the paper by discussing the basic concepts and theories.Secondly,the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly population,as well as the analysis of behavioral patterns,summed up the psychological needs of the elderly,physiological needs and behavioral characteristics.Then the investigation and analysis of the elderly community in Anhui Province,the integration of its advantages and disadvantages,summed up the problems existing in the community.Comprehensive above,in discussing the pension planning,community activity space design will be handled in the analysis of the elderly demand as a starting point design,the national advocacy of active aging as design principle,put forward existing problems and the two will now community the latest proposal as design planning thought,summed up the future development of community endowment activity space design planning,Focus on the analysis of the proposals related to the elderly re-education space and re-employment space.Finally,with the practice project "Liu ’an Fenghuang River Pension rehabilitation Center" pension community as a case,the analysis of the embodiment of the design strategy in the actual construction,hoping to improve the quality of life of the elderly,the construction of livable pension community to provide some reference.Figure 98 Table 14 Reference 37... |
