Research On The Design Of Community Elderly Care Chronic Disease Management Services Under The Concept Of "Internet +

The high prevalence of chronic diseases and the long healing time are the biggest obstacles to the health of the elderly.Community-based chronic disease management is limited by the shortage of medical resources and the ability of grassroots medical staff.This makes it difficult to meet the health needs of the elderly in the community.The "Internet +" chronic disease management model can help optimize the allocation of medical resources,improve the level of medical services,and help improve the treatment effect and health literacy of patients.Therefore,this paper applies Internet technology to the management of chronic diseases in the community to provide comprehensive and whole-process health management for the elderly with chronic diseases.At the same time,the overall and precise advantages of service design are used to analyze the management process of chronic diseases in the community,so as to provide a better experience for the elderly with chronic diseases.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Combine the WSR(Wuli-Shili-Renli)system methodology with service design,and disassemble and classify the elements of the service system in an orderly manner from the three dimensions of physics,affairs and human nature.At the same time,the workflow of WSR system methodology is used to guide the development of service design.(2)From the perspective of qualitative research,through literature analysis,field observation,questionnaire survey,user interviews and other methods,conduct research on the elderly with chronic diseases in the community,and obtain user demand items.(3)From the perspective of quantitative research,analyze the user needs of the elderly with chronic diseases through the KANO model,build a demand hierarchy model,and clarify its attribute categories.Calculate and analyze the satisfaction and dissatisfaction coefficients of user requirements and the importance of requirements at the same level,and determine the user requirements that are ultimately used to transform into the design.(4)Establish a matching relationship between user needs and product attributes,analyze and configure product attributes,build a community-based elderly care chronic disease management product system,and guide subsequent design practices.(5)Verify the feasibility of the user-oriented chronic disease management system design method for the elderly through design practice,and propose a specific service design plan for community elderly chronic disease management.
