With an ageing population and the sustainable development of chronic diseases in our country, more and more attention to its embodiment, bear the brunt of the elderly with chronic diseases. The family structure miniaturization, separation of the two generations of people tend to generalization, also make the empty nest old man this social phenomenon is more prominent. Common in older people with heart disease, cerebrovascular disease in solitude has been killed, rather than found in time and care for many families caused irreparable damage. At the same time, under the impetus of the information technology and Internet environment, the market of the upper out of "smart" appear medical products to the potential of the blowout. However most of them only in traditional product form add connection function of mobile phone synchronous data, to the use of the elderly provides enormous obstacles, but without any help to solve the problem of the elderly chronic diseases.For this, the author service design point of view, chronic disease monitoring and emergency solutions are put forward. Study found that in the context of the current more entities interact with service, mainly on the service blueprint of the existing service process modeling and analysis method of limitations. So the introduction of more advanced PCN analysis method and the management of process reengineering theory, study summary, induces is suitable for the service design process reengineering strategy. And then fully studies the existing problems of emergency system, and combining with the present situation of the elderly chronic daily monitoring and first aid treatment research analysis, design a set of new chronic disease monitoring and emergency treatment process, on the basis of new chronic medical system structure is constructed. Finally in the family health service link in the information for the contact as an object, completed the medical product hardware design based on the technology of Internet of things.
