A Study On The Design Of Community Pension Service Center

With the increasing degree of aging population in China,the problem of old-age care needs to be solved urgently.In recent years,the community home pension model has developed rapidly as the mainstream pension model vigorously implemented in China,and the community-level pension service center,as one of the main building carriers of this model,has more and more problems and requirements in the actual construction and use,so it is of great significance to design and study it.This paper takes the community-level old-age service center of our country as the research object,uses the literature research,the questionnaire survey,the personality interview,the mapping record,the contrast analysis and so on method,unifies uses the old people and the management personnel's angle of view,analyzes and summarizes the present community-level old-age service center widespread question,proposes the design optimization measure and the strategy pertinently.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of community-level pension service centers and the foreign research status represented by the United States,Japan and New Britain.Secondly,six representative cases in Hefei and Nanjing are selected to carry out detailed records and collation.Thirdly,questionnaire and individual interview are used to evaluate each case.Secondly,according to the investigation and grasp information from the overall configuration and the actual use of each functional space two aspects in-depth analysis,found that the current community-level pension service centers are generally misplaced configuration and demand,plane organization confusion,low space utilization,space lack of emotional design and variability design and other problems;finally,targeted design optimization measures and strategies,including functional types,area matching suggestions,spatial pattern map,major functional space design optimization measures,7 optimization strategies on other important issues,hope these for the future community-level pension service center construction to provide a bit of design guidance.
