| The treatment and management of hypertension is a complex and uncertain problem,involving tangible products and intangible services,as well as the interdisciplinary and collaborative.Moreover,on the issue of community blood pressure health management,to mobilize residents,doctors,communities and medical institutions at the same time,it needs highly integrated knowledge and modern management ability to understand,so as to produce corresponding strategies.Service design as a design method to solve the problem of discipline,through the use of relevant design principles and tools,based on research and analysis,pay attention to the detail design of each contact point.It can plan and develop the entity and non entity elements of service.This is a good way to make up for the gap between disciplines,so as to optimize the whole service process and improve the user experience,and ultimately achieve the purpose of creating service value and design innovation.This topic first analyzes the current situation of prevention and treatment of chronic hypertension,the development opportunities brought by Medical Associations,and the development and advantages of Internet plus health care.Combined with the current community diagnosis and treatment mode in China,this paper discusses the value and significance of service design intervention in community chronic disease management.Through the field investigation of community medical institutions and in-depth interviews with patients and community doctors,we can comprehensively consider the resource operation process and mode.By drawing new service blueprints,the innovative practice of community blood pressure management was completed.The main research results are as follows:1.Summarize the current development status and characteristics of community medicine and chronic disease management in China.Its operation mode is "community first-treatment,two-way referral,up-down linkage".On the basis of this research,analyze the value and advantages of service design intervention in public health care,and expand the boundary of design research.2.Using the methods and tools of service design,the stakeholders are investigated and analyzed.To sort out the workflow of residents and doctors in community blood pressure management.And tap the potential needs of target users.Establish a "personal community hospital" three-level blood pressure management model for the system.3.The application system is established for family members,patients,doctors and experts based on Internet and blood pressure management model.Complete the function design,user experience design,interaction design and visual effect design of community blood pressure management.The usability test is used to evaluate the design of the system.Then summarize the design strategy. |
