Research On Innovation Design Of Smart Aged Service Model Under Service Design Concept

Under the increasingly severe population aging trend,the elderly's pension has become a social focus issue,and it is also a major problem that needs to be solved urgently.The demand for old-age care is constantly increasing.The current old-age care service can no longer meet the diversity and individualization of the elderly.Based on the influence of traditional "falling leaves to the roots","nurturing children and preventing old age" and blood-related family ties,community home-based care has gradually become the mainstream and trend of social pension.The article briefly describes the status quo of Chinese society's aging and analyzes the research status and research results of smart endowment at home and abroad.According to the process of service design,the article uses the relevant methods and tools of service design to explore the multi-faceted needs of the elderly in the community pension service and the existing problems of the old-age service.Based on the research results and the service design concept,explore the new smart community pension.The service model provides a more comprehensive service for the elderly,improves the satisfaction of th e elderly on the aged care service,and provides some reference and reference for the solution of the aging problem.
