The Development Level Of Digital Economy And The Promotion Of The Position Of Global Value Chain

During this period,the digital economy has developed rapidly,with a wide range of radiation and unprecedented influence,and is becoming a key force for reorganizing global factor resources,reshaping the global economic structure,and changing the global competition pattern.In promoting the construction of the dual-circulation pattern,the digital economy with its special industrial form,the strong development support system,and other advantages to boost the high quality development of Chinese economy.Besides,the development of it is inseparable from other industries,and the integration of the digital economy and various industries is also in full swing.As the lifeblood of national economic growth,the important role of manufacturing to other industries is self-evident.Among them,the "equipment manufacturing industry" is both a basic industry and a core industry.The "Made in China 2025" plan proposed by China also points out the key role of the equipment manufacturing industry.As a manufacturing country,China still lags behind developed countries in core technology breakthroughs or high-precision modern equipment manufacturing.This situation leads to the equipment manufacturing industry being stayed in the low position of the value chain.Therefore,the study of the impact of the development of digital economy on the global value chain of the equipment manufacturing industry is helpful.It can help us to analyze the step of industry development and transformation.It also help us to understand the economic development of the new form effective connection with traditional industry innovation and development.All of these methods may speed up the equipment manufacturing industry in our country’s digital transformation.The main issue of this paper is the influence of the development level of digital economy on the position of equipment manufacturing industry in the global value chain.Stata is used for empirical exploration.And relevant suggestions are put forward at last.In order to measure the number of the equipment manufacturing industry level of economic development,four indicators are being selected:communication industry and information service industry investment,instrument and equipment investment,research and development expense and the technical personnel number.And then uses entropy value method to detect the number of each sub-industry of equipment manufacturing industry.Then,Wang Zhi drew the global value chain position index.This paper uses it.Some data is from ADB.These data is used to calculate the corresponding position index.On this basis,the measurement model was constructed,using fixed effects regression analysis.Results show that the digital economy level of development to improve significantly promoted the equipment manufacturing industry in our country of rising global value chain location index,and through substitution variables robustness test,the conclusion is credible.The possible impact mechanism is that the digital economy changes the production mode of the equipment manufacturing industry and extends the industrial chain;The digital economy changes the trade mode of the equipment manufacturing industry and adjusts the trade chain;The digital economy restores the equipment manufacturing industry business model,enhance competitiveness;The digital economy innovates the factors of equipment manufacturing and improves comparative advantages.The conclusion of this paper shows that the development level of digital economy will play a positive role in improving the division of labor in the global value chain of the industry.Based on this,the following suggestions are put forward to improve the position index of the industry embedded in the value chain.The first one :Strengthen the equipment manufacturing industry modern digital information system construction.Secondly,improve the construction of digital laws and regulations for the equipment manufacturing industry.And then,build digital development of equipment manufacturing industry business environment.Finally,we will promote sustainable development of the digital economy.And we will share its benefits with all.Then,points out the shortage of this article research,puts forward the future.
