The Influence Of RCEP On China’s Participation In Global Value Chain Division Of Optoelectronic Equipment Manufacturing Industry

The signing of RCEP and its entry into force means the birth of a free trade area with great development potential,which can promote regional trade and investment liberalization and regional integration market formation,and at the same time,promote the East Asia region to achieve closer trade cooperation and industrial division of labor,and promote the extension and refinement of value chain.The establishment of RCEP is likely to have an impact on China’s optoelectronic equipment manufacturing industry’s participation in the global value chain division of labor,and exploring the impact will provide direction for China’s key industries to get rid of low-end lock and better achieve international outward circulation.In view of this,this paper firstly examines the current situation of China’s optoelectronic equipment participation in the division of labor in the global value chain from the aspects of international trade trend,GVC participation,GVC division of labor position,trade benefit distribution,etc.Secondly,through the analysis of optoelectronic equipment global value chain influence factors,the content of RCEP agreement involving optoelectronic equipment industry combing,further explore the inner of RCEP influence on China’s optoelectronic equipment participation in the division of labor in the global value chain The mechanism,trying to assess the potential impact of RCEP on China’s optoelectronic equipment manufacturing industry’s participation in the global value chain division of labor based on the analysis of the current situation of division of labor and impact mechanism.Through the study found that:(1)At present,China’s optoelectronic equipment value chain division of labor is huge,mainly in the lower profit processing trade,there is a certain value chain division of labor imbalance.(2)China’s optoelectronic equipment manufacturing industry is mainly involved in the global value chain in the backward direction,engaged in the production of low-end components,simple processing and assembly,in the global value chain in the downstream position.(3)Join RCEP helps China’s optoelectronic equipment global value chain forward participation deepen and division of labor position climb,RCEP can through positive trade net effect,drive China’s optoelectronic equipment intermediate trade volume increased significantly and welfare level,further expand China’s optoelectronic equipment value chain division of labor scale,it can also from the regional value chain construction,strengthen comparative advantage,promote China’s optoelectronic equipment Global value chain forward participation and division of labor position.
