| With the advancement of world integration,the society is more and more fierce competition,Chinese enterprises should not only face the domestic companies to compete,to compete with foreign enterprises,which requires our country enterprise should constantly strengthen technology research and development,marketing,etc.,to enhance the core competitiveness,in the fierce market competition.In this context,it is important for enterprises to strengthen staff training,because human resources are the most valuable resources of enterprises,and the quality of employees directly affects the long-term development of the company.At present,our country more and more enterprises have met the staff gradually ageing,staff turnover is more serious,employees’ comprehensive quality is difficult to meet the demand of jobs,etc.,all of this requires enterprises should attach great importance to staff training work,encourage employees to master the latest knowledge and skills,personal development and enterprise development strategy organic unifies in together,for the company’s development and progress of zhenhai,From this point of view,the enterprise to build strong ability,high quality staff team is imminent.The third Engineering Bureau of AN Group is a large-scale enterprise in China with a large number of employees and a large scale,which has made a positive contribution to the social and economic development.However,the company is also faced with the problem of staff turnover and inadequate quality,so it needs to provide effective training for employees to promote the long-term development of the company.Based on the theoretical basis of staff training,this paper investigates the current situation of staff training in the third Engineering Bureau of AN Group by means of literature and questionnaire.This paper first demonstrates the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research content and research methods of this paper.Then through field visits to understand the staff training status of the third Engineering Bureau of AN Group,introduced the company’s training system,training plan and other information.Then through the staff questionnaire method to understand the company in the process of staff training problems,and analyzed the causes of these problems,finally put forward the company’s staff training system optimization strategy.It provides a new idea for optimizing staff training in the company.This paper draws the following conclusions: The third Engineering Bureau of AN Group still has some deficiencies in the training process,such as inadequate training demand analysis,lack of perfect training plans,single training methods,weak training teachers and lack of effective training effect evaluation mechanism.The main reasons for the staff training problems in the Third Engineering Bureau of AN Group are that they do not pay due attention to staff training,neglect the construction,management and training of training teachers,and lack of smooth feedback mechanism and communication channels.This paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the staff training system of the third Engineering Bureau of AN Group,including analyzing training needs,making training plans,strengthening training implementation,strengthening training results evaluation,etc.This paper also puts forward the guarantee measures of staff training,including the construction of smooth communication channels,the establishment of a good enterprise culture,the construction of scientific and effective staff incentive mechanism.So as to better promote the implementation of training programs.Finally,the research direction of this paper is prospected.This paper not only provides a scheme for the staff training system of the Third Engineering Bureau of AN Group,but also plays a reference role for other enterprises to strengthen staff training. |
