With the rapid development of economic globalization,competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In order to seek development and achieve the goal of maximizing benefits,enterprises must attach importance to the development of employees.It can be seen that employee satisfaction can be used as a criterion to measure human resource management.In the current international economic environment,enterprises must strive to optimize the internal talent allocation and complete enterprise transformation if they want to improve economic efficiency.Compared with other industries,the automobile manufacturing industry is more prominent in the brain drain rate.Most automobile enterprises have taken the issue of how to retain excellent employees as the top priority of the annual work of human resources department.Therefore,this paper chooses the employees of Product Engineering Department of A automobile enterprise as the research object to study and analyze their employee satisfaction,in order to understand the current situation of human resources management in this department.On the basis of the problems,the paper puts forward the scheme to improve employee satisfaction,and provides reference for human resources departments of other automobile enterprises.In order to finally put forward a more effective and targeted scheme to increase employee satisfaction,the employee satisfaction survey was conducted with the employees of B R&D enterprise who are R&D personnel as a whole and compared with the employees of Product Engineering Department of A automobile enterprise.In order to improve the employee satisfaction more effectively and more pertinently,the employee satisfaction survey was conducted with B R&D enterprise employees who are R&D personnel as a whole and compared with the employees ofProduct Engineering Department of A automobile enterprise.The first questionnaire selected six dimensions,including working conditions,leadership satisfaction,sense of responsibility,salary and welfare,employee development and training,employee identity,and concluded that the biggest difference in employee satisfaction survey between A and B enterprises is the dimension of employee development and training.The second questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews conducted on this dimension found that the products of A automobile enterprises are different.The engineering department pays less attention to the training,and the training methods are single and lack of innovation,which leads to the decline of employees’general satisfaction.According to the investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the satisfaction of employees in the five dimensions of working conditions,leadership satisfaction,salary and welfare,employee development training and employee identity is not high,so corresponding proposals are put forward to enhance humanistic care,enhance communication with employees,adjust salary and welfare payment mechanism,enhance employee identity through social platform,and attach importance to employee development.Exhibition training these five programs to improve the satisfaction of employees in Product Engineering Department of A automobile enterprise.
