In the development of modern industry and commerce,human resource is one of the key factors to forge the core competence.Training is an important way of human capital investment.It plays an indispensable role in the process of improving the quality of employees,encouraging the enthusiasm of employees and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.It is the magic weapon for enterprises to obtain core competitive advantages.In recent years,the water conservancy and hydropower construction industry development has appeared a new industrial pattern of rapid and healthy development.With the novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control situation continues to improve,enterprises gradually resume work,and the construction of major water conservancy projects has accelerated significantly.As a leading enterprise in the construction and operation management of national large-scale water diversion project,HN branch of S Construction Management Bureau is faced with how to effectively use a major water conservancy project in a country to provide stable and safe living high-quality water and ecological water for urban residents along the line,and how to ensure that its employees have corresponding basic professional quality through training.This paper takes the training work of HN branch of S Construction Management Bureau as the research object.Through the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey,this paper finds out the current situation of staff training in this enterprise,points out the existing problems and analyzes the causes of the problems.This paper further analyzes the objectives and principles of training optimization design of HN branch of S Construction Management Bureau,and puts forward the specific strategies for training optimization,through which to improve the effect of enterprise training,update the concept of employees,increase their knowledge and ability,so as to realize the matching of personnel and posts,establish excellent corporate culture,and maintain the competitiveness of enterprises.
