Research On Visual Design Of Modern Architectural Information In Colleges And Universities In Nanjing

As an important part of China’s architectural history,modern architecture has the characteristics of inheriting from above and blending between East and West.Based on the socio-historical background of modern China,architectural culture was influenced by both Chinese and Western cultures,and the architectural form presented different forms of expression.In this period,Nanjing’s modern architectural activities were mainly to meet political demands,and the Capital Plan promulgated by the Nanjing Republican Government in 1928 combined Western scientific urban planning and architectural construction methods with traditional Chinese architectural styles.As a famous historical and cultural city,the artistic form of Nanjing’s educational architecture and the regional culture and national connotations it conveys are of reference value to the development of architecture today.This paper is divided into six chapters,and the overall content is progressive from shallow to deep,starting from the basic concepts of modern architecture and information visualization in Nanjing universities,and delving into the unique information visualization methods of architectural information.Firstly,through combing and analyzing the domestic and foreign literature and research results,we can generally grasp the current research status of Nanjing universities’ modern architecture and information visualization.On this basis,the relevant concepts of architecture and information visualization in colleges and universities are defined through literature research method and comparative analysis method.Through the combination of field research and literature research,the research and analysis of information of college architecture is carried out,and the information of each dimension of architectural information is briefly analyzed and deeply explored from the perspectives of historical staging,architectural form and architectural cultural thinking.By means of case studies,the types and methods of information visualization are researched and analyzed,and the constituents of information visualization are listed from both logical and visual levels,and the unique logical structure and visual expression of architectural information are combined to summarize the visualization research and design methods of architectural information.Through visual expressions such as infographics and diagrams,the system of modern architectural information of Nanjing universities is established,and architectural information is logically sorted and mapped.For the visualization research of Nanjing universities’ modern architectural information,multiple research methods such as multidisciplinary intersection and system analysis are combined to study and analyze architectural information and visualization methods from multiple perspectives.This paper is not limited to a single building,but is a multi-faceted and in-depth study of the history of modern architecture in China,which is typical of the modern architecture of Nanjing universities,and the architectural and cultural trends and historical and social backgrounds behind it,with the aim of strengthening the public’s awareness of the spontaneous protection of modern architectural heritage and enriching the research system of Nanjing modern architecture.
