Research On The Evaluation Of Public Space In Historic District Based On Mixed Reality Technology

With the development of science and technology and the change of social environment,the research contents and methods of historical blocks are constantly innovated and improved.In recent years,mixed reality technology has been continuously applied in medical,education,design and other fields due to its ability to coexist physical and digital objects and contain immersive experiences.With the development of the urban renewal movement,the function of the historic block has gradually deteriorated,and the vitality of the public space in the historic block has also declined.Combining with the mixed reality and related digital technology,on the basis of the psychological assessment subjects and visual behavior dual perspective,to explore the mixed reality environment of the historic blocks in the south of jiangsu public space in built environment related indicators,for related guidelines and specifications and update and transformation of the historical block public space to provide reference suggestion,At the same time,it provides reference for the research of built environment based on mixed reality technology.This paper first sorts out the concepts and theories related to the built environment,public space and mixed reality technology of historical blocks,and determines the quantitative means of this study through the application of existing built environment evaluation methods and mixed reality technology.Secondly,7street Spaces and 7 node Spaces are selected as sample Spaces in pingjiang Road historical Block,Shantang Street historical Block,Qingmingqiao historical Block and Laomendong historical Block,which are representative in southern Jiangsu.Based on psychological evaluation survey in mixed reality environment,visual behavior survey based on Hololens2 eye movement data and built environment index data survey of public space in historical blocks,combined with part of speech analysis,photo modeling and other methods,the built environment optimization index system of public space in historical blocks was constructed.The evaluation system mainly includes :(1)psychological evaluation scores of subjects in mixed reality environment were obtained based on SD method,adjective pairs were reduced by factor analysis and the scores of influencing factors of each sample space were calculated;(2)The correlation analysis was used to judge the correlation between built environment indicators and psychological evaluation,and the key built environment indicators that affected the psychological evaluation of the experimenters were screened out,and the suggested values of key built environment indicators were given by using unary linear regression model;(3)The Hololens2 researcher model was used to study the visual behavior of the experimenters,to obtain eye movement data and draw eye movement thermal map;(4)Through the analysis of the correlation between visual elements and built environment,visual behavior and psychological evaluation,determine the key visual elements that affect the psychological evaluation of experimenters.Finally,according to the above research results,the optimization strategy of the built environment of the public space in historical blocks is proposed from the spatial scale,boundary space and functional facilities of the historic blocks.The total thesis is about 77000 words,68 pictures and 33 tables.
