Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of urbanization, the motor-driven urban transportation mode has exerted great pressure on the carrying capacity of urban road network, energy supply and environmental management.Since the 1950 s,the bus oriented urban development model has been concerned and recognized by scholars. As an important part of urban passenger transport system, public transport has some problems such as low sharing rate and low travel efficiency.Built environment is an important factor influencing bus travel choice. It is of great practical significance to study the influence of built environment on bus travel behavior to realize lowcarbon transportation and solve road congestion. However,in the current research, there is a lack of scientific selection basis for the optimization scale of built environment, which is difficult to be implemented in specific planning schemes.Built environment based on the above background, this paper takes xi ’an high-tech zone as the research object, selecting samples,228 residential areas built considering two aspects of environmental and social economic factors, grey correlation analysis is used to determine the appropriate optimization measure of the indicators built environment, and then build a yuan regression model and the stepwise linear regression model analysis the impact brought to hand over the built environment,The optimization strategy of built environment suitable for bus travel is put forward.Firstly, this paper summarizes the existing research results and relevant theories, mainly including 1.Quantitative analysis is seldom used to determine the statistical scale of the built environment in current studies, and the statistical scale of the built environment in existing studies is generally between 400-1500 meters.2.Analyze the travel characteristics of bus, subway, car and slow travel to provide a theoretical basis for using mobile phone signaling data to classify travel modes.3.By summarizing the factors influencing bus travel behavior in existing studies,it is concluded that the study should analyze the influences of built environment and social and economic factors on bus travel behavior.Second selection of xi ’an high-tech zone as the research scope, the concentration of proper and within the scope of the research selected 228 settlements as the research sample, using the mobile phone signal extraction of travel data and Scott API built environment data extraction of xi ’an high-tech zone, baidu API extraction path navigation data base of building research such as database,Based on the basic database, the overall characteristics of the built environment and the socio-economic characteristics and travel behavior characteristics of each residential sample within the research scope were analyzed.According to the research results,1.The overall travel intensity of the high-tech zone is high, and there is a large number of external commuter traffic.2.Males are significantly higher than females in terms of travel intensity and travel distance.3.At present, the age of the traveling population in the high-tech Zone is concentrated between 19 and 39 years old,and the age of the traveling population is young.4.The high-tech Zone has the problems of low density of road network, serious lack of branch roads, and lack of transfer bus stations in some subway stations.Based on the investigation results of the current situation,an index system to measure the built environment was preliminarily constructed through qualitative analysis, and 16 indicators were selected to measure the built environment and 4 indicators to measure the social and economic attributes.Considering the indicators on optimizing the scale should be classified and discussed based on the investigation statistics database in different scales to statistical indicators, the indicators and by using grey correlation analysis the statistical measure of the highest correlation with the proportion of transit mode, and the scales the built environment index of statistics serve as independent variables,The unary regression model and stepwise regression model were constructed respectively for commuting and non-commuting trips, and the built environment indexes that significantly affected the proportion of residents’ public transport trips were obtained. The natural discontinuity method was adopted to determine the optimization target of the proportion of commuter and non-commuter buses was 56% and 35%,and the corresponding index values of residential areas meeting the target requirements were taken as the threshold value of this index. Finally, residential areas that need to be optimized are identified according to the index threshold value, and optimization strategies of built environment suitable for bus travel are put forward from three aspects of land use, road network system and bus facilities. In terms of land use,the paper proposes to optimize the public service facilities from three aspects: variety, facility supply capacity and facility accessibility. In the aspect of the road system, the road network density, road network morphology, road grading, entrance and exit density were optimized. In terms of bus facilities, the paper proposes to optimize the layout of bus stops and the development of customized buses.
