Research On Construction Safety Emergency Management System Of D Airport Civil Aviation Project

Civil aviation industry is an important basic industry of national economy.In recent years,the pace of civil airport construction in China has been accelerating,the complexity has been deepening,and the amount of information needed to be mastered in the process of project construction has been increasing.Therefore,the safety emergency management of civil aviation projects is the key to ensure the smooth construction.By improving the ability of safety emergency management,managers can master the existing hazard sources of the project,and put forward corresponding preventive measures against these hazard sources,so as to improve the safety emergency ability of employees,enhance the ability to respond to emergencies,and minimize losses and casualties.This paper takes the civil aviation project of Dalian International Airport as the research object,uses the method of questionnaire and interview to study the current situation of its safety emergency management system,and analyzes the emergency management organization,emergency plan system,emergency disposal procedure and emergency guarantee work of the construction of civil aviation project of Dalian International Airport,and summarizes its construction safety There are some problems in the emergency management system,such as unreasonable organization structure of emergency management,lack of identification and evaluation process of hazard sources,imperfect emergency plan management system,lack of emergency response and recovery process management,etc.In view of the problems existing in the construction safety emergency management system,this paper constructs the emergency management organization system,the identification and evaluation system of project construction hazards,the construction of emergency plan management system,the construction of emergency response and recovery management system,so as to improve the civil aviation professional project construction safety emergency management system.In addition,this paper formulates the safeguard measures for the implementation of the construction safety emergency management system of Dalian International Airport Civil Aviation professional project,including human resource guarantee,cultural guarantee,financial guarantee and publicity guarantee.Through the research on the construction safety emergency management system of civil aviation project of Dalian International Airport,we can help the civil aviation project of Dalian International Airport to improve the emergency response ability and identify the corresponding risk sources,so as to provide reference for the safety emergency management of civil aviation project.
