Study On Emergency Management Of Disastrous Safety Contingencies Of Construction Enterprises

At present, the huge scale of construction projects in our country, the uneven level of management and technology of different construction enterprises, the outdated safety education that workers accept, the complex characteristic of construction products and construction, and other factors, cause heavy serious safety contingencies of engineering project to burst out frequently, resulting in a large number of casualties and huge property losses. Therefore, it is of theoretical significance and practical value that this paper makes researches on emergency management of disastrous safety contingencies of construction enterprises to reduce their occurrence and the losses they bring.This paper aims at supplying construction enterprises with a set of methods to deal with disastrous safety contingencies. These methods can help construction enterprises to promote the building of their emergency response capacity in practice and raise their level of emergency management.Based on risk theory, emergency management theory, system theory, fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process, this paper takes the procedure of emergency management as the main line, makes systemic researches on emergency management of disastrous safety contingencies on construction sites by using system analysis method, comparative analysis method, quantitative analysis method, qualitative analysis method and other methods.This paper's main innovations consist:(1) The idea "construction enterprises' comprehensive emergency capacity appraisal based on management processes" is put forward, expanding construction enterprises' emergency management study field of vision.(2) Brand-new comprehensive emergency capacity evaluation index system that suits construction enterprises is designed.(3) Based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, evaluation model of construction enterprises' comprehensive emergency capacity is contrived. This model is used to evaluate an example. On the basis of evaluation conclusion, flaws of this construction enterprise's emergency capacity are diagnosed. At the end of this paper, how to improve construction enterprises' emergency capacity is considered ulteriorly.
