Research On Layout Scheme Of AIDS To Navigation Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

After years of development,my country’s maritime security industry has established a relatively sound maritime security system.Coastal navigation assistance also has strong performance capabilities.It plays a role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of water traffic,serving the development of shipping economy,and helping to build a maritime power.Critical and fundamental role.With the continuous development of navigation aid technology in recent years,especially the implementation of intelligent aviation insurance planning,the distribution of navigation aid facilities is gradually changing.The use of systematic and process-based methods to conduct scientific research on navigation mark allocation,improve the level of navigation mark allocation,increase the effectiveness of navigation mark,and provide navigation users with better navigation aid services,which has great practical significance and economic value.This paper,taking the "International Navigational Standards Association <Guide to Navigation>(eighth Edition)" as the theoretical basis,with related technical guidance,Aids to navigation regulations and IALA publications for first of all,based on the factors influencing the beacon worthy of 14 research,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is adopted to establish the hierarchical structure model.Structure judgment matrix,the weights of 7 elements in the placement of navigation aids are calculated by combining qualitative and quantitative methods and the process of placement of navigation aids is obtained according to the order of weights.Then,the distribution model of each element is obtained through quantitative calculation,and a simple,scientific and practical distribution model of AIDS to navigation is established based on the distribution process of AIDS to navigation.Finally,taking the construction of 400,000-ton waterway of Zhanjiang Port as the object,the navigation standard distribution is carried out to verify the feasibility and rationality of this model.This research can effectively improve the problem of imperfect navigation standard distribution and unreasonable position of navigation standard distribution,and provide a concise,scientific and systematic theoretical basis for my country’s coastal navigation standard distribution,effectively improve the level of navigation and navigation facilities distribution,and adapt to water transportation intelligence.To promote the safety and efficiency of navigation,protect the marine environment,and promote the development of port economy.
