As a basic facility, the distribution network power grid construction project has a bearing on the lifeline of the national economy and is of great significance in promoting the development of the social economy. In recent years, the State Grid Corporation of China has accelerated the construction of power grids in an all-round manner and promoted the coordinated development of power grids at all levels. However, with the recent slowdown in power sales, reform of transmission and distribution prices, rigid cost growth, and limited investment capacity of power grid companies, how can power grid companies find effective solutions? The method for grid investment decision-making,how to maximize investment benefits, also faces some issues that need to be resolved. In the past, when grid investment lags behind electricity demand, the grid investment focuses more on improving the power supply capacity or grid reliability. The grid investment recovery can also be properly compensated when the electricity price is introduced,so grid companies are less concerned with investment efficiency and investment. The research on efficiency and investment ability is relatively lacking.Under the new situation, how to establish a set of reasonable and effective investment decision-making method under the constraints of power demand, capital constraints(investment capacity),and reliability of complex grids,so that cost management can be refined and reasonable Accurately grasping the investment ability of enterprises and making effective decisions are very worth exploring. At the same time, they are also an urgent need for power grid companies. This article collects power grid parameters and actual operating data, establishes a database, uses AHP and two-step clustering algorithms, respectively, for the feeder trunk length, trunk section, mounting capacity, heavy overload, transferable ratio, wiring mode and line loss rate.Seven indicators, including analysis of four indicators of overload, heavy load, aging, and low voltage in the distribution area, establishing an analysis model, calculating the urgency of feeder transformation, and excavating priority areas for project reconstruction in the Taiwan area to ensure project demand and grid development Convergence. The results were merged into Superset to visualize the visualization of the charts, and further analysis was conducted from a multi-dimensional perspective to promote accurate investment in distribution networks, enhance investment efficiency, and provide basis for grid investment decisions.
