Graphing is the language of mechanical processing,to understand the graphing is a secondary vocational mechanical processing students must have the ability.In the teaching of mechanical graphing in secondary vocational schools,the teaching objective is limited to be able to read medium complex part graphing and simple assembly graphing,which is disjoint with the rapid development of manufacturing technology.The Guideline of Manufacturing Talent Development Planning points out that the separation from production practice has become a major problem in the training of manufacturing talents.The Measures for the Promotion of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Schools and the Implementation Plan of the National Vocational Education Reform put forward that the deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation should be used to promote the development of human resources.This study takes the school-enterprise cooperation as the way,focuses on the improvement of the students’ ability of reading pictures in mechanical processing in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward feasible strategies,in order to provide reference for the teaching of reading pictures in secondary vocational schools.In this study,students majoring in processing and manufacturing in secondary vocational schools in Sichuan Province with school-enterprise cooperation experience were selected as the research objects.Using investigation method and experiment method,this paper explores how to improve students’ ability of reading pictures through school-enterprise cooperation.First,on the basis of predecessors,map reading ability is deconstructed into symbol reading,form and position discrimination,graphing understanding,processing and application of four dimensions,and on this basis,the questionnaire and interview outline of map reading ability are compiled.Questionnaires were used to investigate students,and the survey results were compared with the national teaching standards and the employment standards of enterprises,to dig out the main problems of the current situation of ability.At the same time,the interview outline was used to investigate teachers and employees to find out the problems of ability cultivation in teaching.Secondly,the formation and level of map reading ability are analyzed and summarized,and the model of map reading ability is constructed.Again,under the guidance of practice education philosophy,around the "things" and "new sensibility" two message ascending map reading ability in university-enterprise cooperation are put forward in this paper,the basic elements,and from the teaching program,teaching tools,teaching environment and teaching university-enterprise cooperation four aspects are put forward to improve the ability of reading teaching strategy.Finally,the specific teaching strategies are verified by the way of control experiment.After the analysis of the experimental results,it is found that the school-enterprise cooperation can improve students’ ability of reading graphing from three dimensions:shape and position discrimination,graphing understanding,processing and application,but the improvement is not obvious in symbol reading dimension.Therefore,this study proposes that teaching projects fit the orders of enterprises to strengthen the ability of graphing analysis.Connecting teaching tools with production tools,using simulation to understand graphing;The teaching environment is arranged around graphing to promote the formation of thinking in reading graphing.To improve the ability of reading graphing by integrating teaching links into production practice and understanding the information of graphing processing,so as to enable teachers to better improve students’ ability of reading graphing in school-enterprise cooperation.
