| Under the background of the reform of teachers, textbooks and teaching methods, the development and compilation of teaching materials have become an important direction to deepen the curriculum reform; Moreover, the development of school-based teaching materials is an effective way for the school to adapt to the teaching environment, meet the needs of students, highlight the characteristics of the school, give full play to the school effectiveness and support the training objectives of talents. This paper analyzes the current situation of school-based teaching materials at home and abroad through literature analysis, and combines the development status, demand and problems to be solved in many secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province,This paper analyzes the school-based textbook of motor and electrical control technology by case study, which is a compulsory course of "installation and maintenance of machine tool electrical circuit" in the application of mechanical and electrical technology in a vocational technical school in Huangpu,Guangzhou.Through the analysis of the current textbook "motor and electrical control technology" and the current teaching situation, the paper finds that there are some deficiencies in the teaching materials, such as the lack of operability and practicability of the content, which leads to the heavy teaching and learning burden for teachers and students and difficulty in improving the teaching quality. Therefore, the development of school-based teaching materials guided by vocational ability is carried out.On the basis of modern vocational education concept and the cognitive of students, the development of school-based textbooks should be based on the practical education theory and humanism theory, and emphasize the importance of direct learning experience of "learning by doing".It fully affirms the dignity and value of students, and stimulates students’ learning motivation of "self-realization".In-depth investigation in the enterprise, the paper uses the "two-dimensional four steps and five solutions" vocational ability analysis method to determine the vocational competence points in the curriculum,to refine typical work tasks,to edit the textbooks basing on "school-based" curriculum standards, and to design learning situations according to the student’s career growth, learning situations corresponding to learning items(tasks),and realizing the transformation from work field to learning field;Meanwhile, the organizational structure and presentation mode of teaching materials should be innovated,so that the combination of school-based textbooks and loose page teaching materials can play a greater role; The selection of teaching materials is based on the teaching resources of our school, the main line is to cultivate the competent post work ability, organize the learning tasks based on typical work tasks and contain the training of vocational competence points, and take into account the contents of vocational skills examination, and realize the development of school-based textbooks which pay equal attention to the professional ability and professional quality of students, and complete the catalog and sample chapters of school-based textbooks. The paper analyzes the effect of using the school-based sample chapter by using action research based on teaching experiment, and designs "three-dimensional theory" in combination with the teaching material system of vocational education, compares the teaching suitability of the corresponding contents of the teaching materials, and demonstrates the development effect of this school-based textbook. This study analyzes the development procedure, principle, organization structure and content selection of the school-based textbook "motor and electrical control technology",and is committed to enhance the suitability of teaching materials.Through the development of school-based textbooks, the characteristics of school are highlighted and the school efficiency can be improved. The results of this study can also provide references for the future development of school-based teaching materials of mechanical and electrical courses. |
