In recent years,the development of project schedule control theory has become more and more rapid,and its coverage has become wider and wider.As an emerging project schedule management method developed in recent years,critical chain schedule management theory has been used in the IT industry,product manufacturing,road construction,and construction industries.Management,navigation and aerospace construction and maintenance have all developed,but the application in substation transformation projects is rare.This thesis first explores the development of critical chain technology and the superiority of critical chain technology compared to other schedule management technologies through literature investigation,and then selects the application of key chain technology in HG substation transformation project as an example,and analyzes in detail the pre-application projects of critical chain technology.Serious delays that have occurred,and carefully explored the problems,difficulties and management status of the project implementation,summarized as the inaccuracy of the on-site management system,the redundant process time and the psychological problem of the constructors slack.Then by studying the critical chain technology in the implementation of the project,the project schedule is reprogrammed,combined with resource constraints and the elasticity coefficient method is used to set the buffer zone in the critical chain,and finally a new schedule is formed to solve the process time.Redundancy issues and human resource constraints issues.After the formation of the new plan,the management focus of the critical chain technology management is the progress management advantage of the management of the buffer zone,and a new on-site management system is formulated.The consumption of the buffer zone is divided into three levels,which serve as reminders,warnings,and remedies.effect.In this mode,firstly,the psychological problem of slackness of construction workers during construction is effectively solved,and secondly,the clarification of the management direction also makes the detailed preparation of the on-site management system,which solves the problem of management details and the balance between schedule and quality.Finally,it summarizes the enlightenment brought by the application of the critical chain technology in the HG substation transformation project,and proposes suggestions on how to use the critical chain technology in different projects.
