| At present,the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry is facing multiple pressures and obstacles.In addition,due to factors such as Epidemic prevention in Xinguan,promotion of new energy vehicles,shortage of chips and rising oil prices,the stock competition in the domestic auto market is becoming more and more fierce.As a typical automobile manufacturing enterprise,A enterprises will face more severe challenges.The effective implementation of the performance appraisal system,can make the strategic objectives of enterprises can be successfully achieved.Production personnel is a very important part of A enterprise,so how to optimize the design of A enterprise production post personnel performance appraisal system,help enterprises improve the level of performance management,in the completion of enterprise strategic objectives on the basis of personal career planning,will be the main content of this paper.According to the needs of the survey,this paper designs a questionnaire,publishes a questionnaire to the employees of the production workshop of A enterprise,and conducts an in-depth interview with the 7 managers involved in the performance appraisal of the production employees.After data statistics and analysis,it is found that the current A enterprises have some problems,such as the performance management objectives of the production department are not completely consistent with the enterprise strategy,the weight of performance appraisal indicators is unreasonable,the application of performance appraisal results is narrow and the performance appraisal results are unfair.In view of the above problems,this paper uses the key performance index theory evaluation method to design the kpi index of the enterprise at different levels,and uses the weight factor method to determine the weight of the relevant key indicators,reset the security implementation system of the performance appraisal organization,so that all employees participate in the performance appraisal activities to create a good working atmosphere.Stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,guide employee behavior,encourage employees to complete the workshop and enterprise performance goals,and then achieve enterprise strategic goals. |
