Research On The Improvement Of Public Satisfaction Of Expressway Freight Transport Law Enforcement In Anhui Province

In recent years,the violations of laws and regulations by law enforcement personnel of government departments have accumulated,expanded and evolved increasingly on the Internet,which has affected the public’s satisfaction with the administrative law enforcement work of government departments to a large extent,seriously damaged the social credibility and image of government departments,and also adversely affected the sustainable development of the national economy.Improving the public’s satisfaction with the government’s administrative law enforcement is an important link in reversing the government’s credibility and establishing a good government image.Therefore,improving the administrative law enforcement of government departments and enhancing the public’s confidence in the law enforcement of government departments is a major issue facing the current promotion of the construction of a rule of law government.This paper introduces the satisfaction degree of law enforcement objects into the highway traffic administrative law enforcement,establishes a set of quantifiable evaluation index system for the satisfaction degree of traffic law enforcement,conducts a questionnaire survey with Likert scale,tries to find out the factors that cause the low satisfaction degree of law enforcement objects in the current traffic administrative law enforcement process from multiple aspects,and analyzes the reasons,It provides an overall idea and practical measures to further improve the satisfaction of traffic administrative law enforcement objects.Through sorting out the relevant theories and researches on road traffic administrative law enforcement,public satisfaction,government administration,etc.,starting from the current situation and problems of highway traffic administrative law enforcement in Anhui Province,and through statistical analysis and research of survey data,it is found that the low transparency of law enforcement,insufficient supervision of law enforcement personnel,frequent multiple inspections,and poor service attitude of law enforcement personnel have become the bottlenecks in improving the satisfaction of law enforcement objects.This paper takes the dilemma faced by the improvement of the satisfaction of the administrative law enforcement objects of expressway freight transport in Anhui Province as the problem orientation,focuses on analyzing the causes of the problem,and strives to put forward some effective suggestions.Therefore,at the end of this paper,in view of the factors that affect the satisfaction of the administrative law enforcement objects of the expressway freight transport in Anhui Province,it is proposed that we should follow the standardized and information-based thinking,promote the comprehensive disclosure of law enforcement information,improve the law enforcement supervision system,establish a normal joint law enforcement mechanism,strengthen the construction of law enforcement teams and other measures to improve the satisfaction of the administrative law enforcement objects.
