| Highway is an important national infrastructure,and its level of development is an important symbol of economic development and social progress of a country or region.Road management as a very complex and important work,to ensure the safety of the highway and the future of rapid and efficient sustainable development has played a decisive role.As an important economic,trade,port,industrial and tourist city in the eastern coastal areas of Dalian,highway construction and road transportation are in an important position in the whole province and the whole country.How to perfect the administrative law enforcement of the road management department in Dalian city has become a problem that Dalian road management department needs to study.In this paper,through literature analysis method,interview method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,combined with road management in administrative law enforcement of relevant research both at home and abroad,and the relevant literature has been reviewed and summarized.Through the questionnaire survey on the administrative law enforcement of the road management department in Dalian,the investigation results are analyzed and the problems existing in the administrative law enforcement are pointed out,including the serious cross of the administrative functions of the road;the road property right is ambiguous;the lack of law enforcement guarantee and law enforcement team construction;the public legal awareness is not high,the administration publicity is not in place.Thus,the administrative law enforcement in Dalian road management department needs a series of countermeasures to perfect it.According to the above study and analysis,combined with the actual situation of the administrative law enforcement of Dalian city road management department and put forward some proposals to solve the existing problems,ind out the method to solve the problem of existing road management department of the administrative law enforcement,provide a reference for perfecting the road management department of the administrative law enforcement in Dalian,improve overall level of Dalian road administration law enforcement,promote the sustainable development of the road in the city. |
