| At present,with the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the construction of infrastructure is also constantly improving.Whether public pipelines can meet the requirements of society has gradually become the focus of attention.The traditional electric power and thermal industry excavates pipelines or sets up electric wires in the air,which will not only bring great inconvenience to people,but also lead to safety accidents.In view of this situation,the paper starts with the construction of urban underground pipe gallery,analyzes the background,significance and research status at home and abroad of the research content,summarizes the research methods and specific research content used in the research,and expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of project cost management based on which the research work is based,mainly including the content,basis,steps and methods of construction project cost control.On this basis,in combination with the content and characteristics of the cost management of HY comprehensive pipe gallery project,and in view of the current cost management situation of HY comprehensive pipe gallery project,the problems in cost estimation,team cooperation,cost use and management system of the project are analyzed,and the cost optimization scheme of HY comprehensive pipe gallery project is constructed.Based on the principle of project optimization scheme design,the paper also proposes to use WBS and earned value method and build a gray prediction model to control the cost,so as to better control the project cost.The research results show that HY comprehensive pipeline corridor project should be guaranteed from three aspects: cost control concept,cost control system and cost control means,mainly to strengthen the cost control in the early stage,improve the management system in the construction stage,and strengthen the cost planning work in the design stage.The research results and ideas are expected to provide some reference and help for the later construction of HY comprehensive pipe gallery project and the management of relevant provinces and cities in project cost. |
