| One of the main ways for construction enterprises to undertake construction projects is to obtain the project through bidding,the bidding behavior is an offer behavior,the result of winning the bid is a promise,and whether the bid price is reasonable is the key to decide whether the bid is successful or not,therefore the construction enterprise participates in the tender activity and completes in the stipulated time irreversible commercial activity is rigorous and meticulous.In order to obtain the winning result in the bidding documents submitted by many bidders,construction enterprises often reduce profits to obtain the winning result.Due to the limitation of the management level of the construction enterprises in the course of the project construction,the total profit finally obtained is often lower than expected.In the long run,the construction enterprises have fallen into the strange circle of the shortage of capital chain,thus affects the construction enterprise’s social benefit and the economic benefit.The selection model of cost management and cost control index,this paper mainly studies three problems,one is the optimization of cost control,that is,the construction units in the preparation of Slope Support Project bidding documents,the total bid price of cost optimization control factors selection,it solves the problem of cost control optimization in the bidding content of the construction unit in a short time;secondly,it studies the cost management optimization in the bidding stage of the Slope Support Project,and in the process of the project cost management,through the application of proven methods and the latest technology to the project cost management process,to plan and control the input resources,costs,profits and risks,to solve the cost management of cost control optimization;Third,the joint optimization study of cost control and cost management of Slope Support Engineering in the bidding stage,combined with the green civilization construction cost that needs to be considered in Slope Support Engineering,solved the accuracy problem of bid quotation of Slope Support Engineering,the rationality of the tender offer of the construction unit is improved.Therefore,this article has carried on the research from two aspects.First,starting from the cost accounting of the construction enterprises in the bidding stage of the slope support project,this paper analyzes the various factors that affect the bidding results of the construction enterprises,details the risks that the construction enterprises need to bear,and according to the needs of the actual work,through the release of the questionnaire survey method,the influencing factors of experts’ selection are obtained,and the index model ofconstruction enterprises ’selection for obtaining the best bidding result is established by using the analytic hierarchy process,to solve the construction unit tender offer selection problem.Second,from the point of view of the construction enterprise,based on the actual situation,this paper constructs a set of main index relations which are suitable for the real estate development project to influence the bid price of the slope support engineering,the Economic Evaluation Index,Mathematical Evaluation Index and Genetic Algorithm are effective and fully applicable to construction enterprises in bid control of manufacturing cost and cost.The model is solved by Matlab software to verify the validity of the mathematical index algorithm,the corresponding optimization conclusions and the optimal decision-making mode are obtained.The main content of this paper is to help the construction enterprises to determine the important factors in a short time during the bidding period,which is conducive to improving the competitive level of the construction enterprises,therefore,the bid winning rate of the construction enterprises can be increased continuously,and the long-term development of the construction enterprises and the vitality of the industry can be guaranteed. |
