Up to now,large rectangular comprehensive pipe gallery,as an important infrastructure to ensure the operation of the city,has also been vigorously promoted.However,with the development of urban traffic,pipe corridor construction is facing more and more complex construction environment,which greatly increases the difficulty of construction.In this paper,the influence of pipe jacking on adjacent structures is predicted by combining laboratory test,field measurement and numerical simulation,based on the construction section of Hangzhou Gesheng comprehensive pipe gallery,and the corresponding control measures are proposed for the influence.The research contents are as follows:(1)Through the comparison of different simulation methods of finite element method and soil constitutive models,the simulation methods and soil constitutive models suitable for simulating pipe jacking construction are determined,and the soil parameters are calibrated by indoor soil test.(2)Based on Plaxis 3D finite element analysis software,a 3D finite element model considering shrinkage rate of soil and the excavation face support is established to predict pipe jacking construction on adjacent underground pipeline deformation.In combination with field measured data,the finite element model is verified.(3)On the basis of summarizing the safety control standard of underground pipeline,the allowable limit bending moment of PCCP sewage pipe is calculated based on ABAQUS finite element software,and the allowable deformation standard to ensure the safety of PCCP sewage pipe is discussed.Based on this,two important parameters of shrinkage rate of soil and support force in pipe jacking were optimized and analyzed.(4)Combined with finite element analysis results and the measured results on the Peck formula correction research,simple formula suitable for hangzhou area is put forward.The analysis results show that it is feasible to determine the soil loss rate through the diameter difference between the boring machine and the segment in the simulation analysis of the pipe jacking construction of large comprehensive pipe gallery,and the deformation analysis accuracy is high.
