In recent years,with the attention paid by the state to the construction of underground comprehensive pipe corridors in cities and the needs of the construction of modern smart cities in various regions,a large number of comprehensive pipe corridors projects have been implemented.The project of integrated pipe gallery has a huge capital input,but there is still a lack of guiding standards for the sharing of input costs and benefits,and the construction standards are not unified.Therefore,the fund raising of the project of pipe gallery is difficult to become a barrier to the development of pipe gallery.At present,the country is vigorously promoting the construction of the project of integrated pipe gallery with PPP model.From the perspective of the construction industry itself,formulating relevant standards applicable to the cost of comprehensive pipe gallery and carrying out cost control in the construction process of pipe gallery are the basis for the pipe gallery project to be vigorously promoted and widely applied.By studying the application of BIM in the cost management of the comprehensive pipe gallery,this subject summarizes the rules of related cost and cost control,and on this basis,develops the corresponding BIM model modeling standards that meet the cost management of the pipe gallery and the calculation specifications of the project amount based on the BIM model,and applies it to specific projects.First of all,the paper introduces the research background of the pipe corridor project and BIM,in view of the characteristics of large investment,wide professional involvement and high change cost of pipe gallery project,The cost management of comprehensive pipe corridor based on BIM is proposed,and the main research content,research purpose and research route of this paper are expounded;Secondly,based on the analysis of the design and construction characteristics of the urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor project,a BIM model standard is established to meet the requirements of the specification for the calculation of engineering quantities,and a model parameter setting principle that meets the requirements of the calculation of engineering quantities is formed to provide correct data sources for the calculation of engineering quantities;Thirdly,according to the relevant engineering quantity calculation specifications,the BIM model parameter information is invoked to establish the engineering quantity calculation standard under the BIM environment conditions;Finally,the above research content was applied in the specific pipe gallery project,the depth model of pipe gallery was created by using BIM technology,and the construction scheme of pipe gallery was optimized.Based on the BIM model,the project quantity is rechecked,and the result shows that the cost management can be completed more accurately and efficiently by using BIM technology.
