| As a significant component in power industry,emergency management of the power grid is related to the healthy operation and steady development of the national economy.With the rapid development of social economy,people’s demand for electricity is increasing.In order to meet this practical requirement,it is necessary to pay more attention to power emergency management and improve the management level.At present,there are problems such as poor communication within enterprises and between government and enterprises,lack of horizontal linkage,etc.The root of the problems lies in the long-term fragmented management model,which requires the application of overall governance theory to create a new power grid emergency management model to improve work efficiency and level.This paper uses holistic governance as a theoretical research tool to study the shortcomings exposed by the current emergency management of power grid enterprises.In the process of research,the author summarizes the relevant concepts of emergency management and the theory of integrated governance,expounds the feasibility of using integrated governance as a theoretical tool to study emergency management of power grid.And it is pointed out that the organization system is not standardized,the reserve plan system is not comprehensive,the support capacity is insufficient,and the poor linkage effect in emergency management.It is mainly to enhance people’s sense of responsibility to strengthen the construction of the power grid emergency management organization system,and deepen internal and external linkage management with the help of information development opportunities,so as to realize the improvement of power grid emergency management. |
