| In October 2021,The State Council issued a document on promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education,stating that vocational education is an important part of the country’s education system and human resources development,shouldered the historical mission of training skilled personnel and promoting employment.Under the background of intelligent manufacturing in China,the rapid development of manufacturing industry in our country is more strong for high-level skilled talents.This study is based on the concept of OBE education,the development of hydraulic and pneumatic technology courses in secondary vocational schools,aiming to meet the requirements of improving the quality of secondary vocational talents in the process of social productivity development.Through field research and in-depth production activities of enterprises and secondary vocational school teaching activities,find out the "hydraulic and pneumatic technology" course teaching and the actual needs of enterprises derailment.In the survey of enterprises,it is found that the theoretical knowledge and practical skills mastered by secondary vocational graduates cannot meet the requirements of enterprises,and the spirit of job cognition is disconnected from the expected requirements of enterprises.School survey to employment demand as the main purpose,the secondary vocational teachers and students to carry out a questionnaire survey,summed up the current "hydraulic and pneumatic technology" course teaching difficulties are: part of the theoretical knowledge difficulty beyond the secondary vocational students acceptable ability;Course knowledge can not meet the actual needs of enterprises for secondary vocational talents;The course evaluation method focuses on theory and lacks effective evaluation tools for practical training knowledge points.The purpose of this study is to find out the deviation between the current teaching of hydraulic and pneumatic technology in secondary vocational schools and the needs of enterprises through field investigation of relevant hydraulic enterprises and secondary vocational schools.Enterprise research found that the theoretical knowledge and practical skills mastered by secondary vocational school graduates did not fully match the needs of enterprises,and the job cognition and professionalism did not meet the expected requirements of enterprises.Based on the employment demand,the school conducted a questionnaire survey and interview survey on secondary vocational school teachers and students,and found that the main problems in the course of hydraulic and pneumatic technology at present are that some theoretical knowledge is more difficult than the acceptable ability of secondary vocational school students;Curriculum knowledge can not meet the actual needs of enterprises for secondary vocational talents;The course evaluation method focuses on theory and lacks effective evaluation tools for practical training knowledge points.Dongguan y secondary vocational school is selected as the teaching implementation object of this study,and the representative chapter "hydraulic pipeline" in this study is selected as the teaching implementation content.In order to verify the teaching implementation effect,a questionnaire survey and data analysis are conducted on the implementation object,and it is proved that the curriculum development of "hydraulic and pneumatic technology" based on OBE can effectively cultivate the professional quality required by secondary vocational school students to engage in hydraulic work,Improve students’ professional cognition of hydraulic work,and lay a solid theoretical and technical foundation for secondary vocational school students to engage in hydraulic work after graduation. |
