| The year 2021 is the first year for China to start building a modernized country in an all-round way,and also the beginning year for the“ 14 th Five-Year Plan”.Power grid enterprise as the advanced officer to help our high economic development and rural revitalization,to meet people’s power demand for a good life as corporate mission to bear,assume the social responsibility of ensuring people’s livelihood,is the guardian of thousands of lights.As a typical representative of power grid enterprises,Y Power Grid Company thoroughly implements the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC and the political direction of obeying and serving the "two Centenary goals".It is responsible for the power production of major regional power grids in Yunnan,west to east and Vietnam and Laos,ensuring the important power supply for the national "Belt and Road" co-construction and sharing strategy.Help Yunnan regional economic rapid development,complete various power supply tasks with high quality,and realize the lean management of power production.Lean management is an advanced culture and means in modern enterprise management.Taking Y Power Grid Company as an example,the production team is the most basic management unit established in the enterprise management system of Y Power Grid Company.The safe and stable operation of power grid and equipment and the rapid development of the enterprise are embodied in the lean management of the team.In recent years,with the rapid expansion of power grid scale,the number of equipment and people’s demand for electricity,the current lean management level of Y power grid Company has been far from meeting the actual power supply and demand situation.In order to better adapt to the current demand for power supply and demand development,play a key role in ensuring power supply,and give play to the advantages of central enterprises in taking the initiative to assume social responsibility,Y Power Grid Company summarized the lean management results of teams in the production field in recent years,and actively explored the lean optimization strategy of teams in the production field,improved the model,upgraded the lean management of teams,laid a solid management foundation,and comprehensively improved the lean management level,Improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of Y Power Grid Company with high-quality lean management of teams in the production field.This paper takes the lean management of teams in the production field of Y Power Grid Company as the research object,using literature analysis,case analysis,field survey,public opinion evaluation and other research methods,starting from the actual management of power grid enterprises,summarizes the great achievements of lean management of teams at present.At the same time,combined with field research and public opinion evaluation,summarize the current lean management status of teams in the production field of Y grid management,make comprehensive planning,formulate optimization measures for lean management of teams,and propose safeguard measures and evaluation mechanisms.The research of this paper can help the optimization of team lean management in Y Power Grid Company,and also provide some reference for team management in other power grid enterprises in the same industry. |
