| China’s economy is developing rapidly,and the demand for electricity is increasing.From the perspective of China’s electricity supply structure,the radiation range of large energy bases is relatively long.The distance between transmission points often reaches 1000-3000 kilometers,which has already exceeded the economic transmission distance of traditional high-voltage lines.The development of Ultra high voltage transmission has become an inevitable choice for domestic power supply companies.JX Company undertakes the operation and maintenance of all UHV station lines responsible for operation and maintenance of Mengdong Company.The construction of UHV team is an important management content of JX Company.Based on the above factors,this paper takes JX company as the object to systematically study the lean management of its ultra-high-voltage team.Although the company is a newly established power company,most of its internal personnel come from traditional power companies.The inertia of the traditional extensive management methods formed by the characteristics of long-term monopoly industries still exists.In recent years,JX has begun to re-engineer management models and processes,and is currently in the process of promoting lean management of the team.How to break the shortcomings of the traditional management model and comprehensively improve the company’s management level has become an urgent issue for JX.This paper takes the author’s unit as an example to carry out systematic research on the lean management of the UHV team.The main contents of the research are:Firstly,on the basis of relevant research status at home and abroad,the connotation,basic methods,management principles,ideology and some scientific management methods and tools of lean management of power supply enterprises are compiled.Secondly,JX company summary is introduced,based on lean management perspective.In-depth analysis of its UHV team management issues,and the causes of problems from the five dimensions of production organization,safety production,quality control,performance appraisal and information support;again,to improve management and improve lean,aiming at JX The company’s ultra-high-pressure team lean management system is built,including the overall management ideas,lean management optimization measures and related basic guarantees.In the end,to achieve the continuous improvement of lean management,build JX UHV team Lean management effect evaluation model,comprehensive evaluation of the implementation effect of the lean management system constructed in this paper.The evaluation results show that the results of the comprehensive evaluation of the application and effect of the lean management system JX company of the UHV team are “OK”,but in quality control and safety There is also the need for continued production optimization,system-building mechanism as well as further optimization of page space.This research is a practical discussion on the lean management theory in the management of UHV teams in power companies.It is devoted to solving the practical problems faced by JX companies,and also provides a path for lean management of other teams in the industry. |
