In recent years,the State Grid Corporation of China has put forward the requirements for modern enterprise construction and lean management of "one strong and three excellent".The construction safety,construction quality,and schedule planning of power grid projects require strict monitoring and management,resulting in workload and data Information is multiplying.Therefore,exploring a novel power grid project management mode and developing a set of power grid project information management system with the characteristics of standardization,informatization and intelligence can be adapted to the digital transformation strategic goals of power grid companies.First,it elaborates on the current research status of domestic and foreign engineering project information management,power grid engineering project information management and power grid engineering project information management system,and puts forward the urgency and necessity of the power grid company engineering project to adopt the information management mode,and discusses the power grid company The theories,development methods and key technologies involved in the development process of the project management information system.Then,discuss the mode of project information sharing and personnel exchange between the internal infrastructure department and the project management department of the power grid company,and the means of information exchange between the project management department of the power grid company and the design unit,supervision unit,construction unit and other collaborating units,etc.Carrying out demand analysis,obtaining system functional and non-functional requirements,and comprehensively designing the overall structure,overall functions and overall network of the power grid project management information system.The overall functions specifically include basic information management,project management,and materials Management,comprehensive information query and statistical management and system management.Secondly,in order to ensure the versatility and practicability of the information management system for power grid engineering projects,this thesis uses the most popular B/S software structure model and ASP.NET three-tier system structure to develop software,and uses C++ programming language to realize power grid engineering project information the functional interface and database of the management system.Finally,in order to verify the correctness of the power grid project information management system developed,a set of simulation test platform was built to test the functions and performance of the system in detail.The test results show that the purpose of the software test is basically achieved and affects the function of the system.The vulnerabilities used have been repaired,and the core functions of the system fully meet the requirements of on-site use,achieving the expected goals of this thesis.
