With the development of economic globalization,the market competition of construction industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and the construction enterprises in China are at a relatively backward level in the international market.In addition,the transformation of domestic economic structure and the government's macro-control policies on the construction industry have increased the operational risks of construction enterprises.Therefore,it is an inevitable choice for China's construction enterprises to find a management model that matches the new competitive environment and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.As the carrier of the development of construction enterprises,the level of project management directly affects the competitiveness of construction enterprises.The project management is realized by the project management team.The operation of the project management team determines the success or failure of the whole project.Therefore,the application of system standardization and efficient team building and management methods to explore the construction and management of construction company project team will have a positive impact on improving the level of project management and promoting the development of construction company.This paper takes the Sunhulu Project Team Management of Beijing City Construction Huasheng Transportation Construction Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the Sunhulu Project of Team Management Huajiao Company)as an example to discuss from the following four parts: first,the theoretical basis,mainly from the project team and team management,performance management,team cooperation and competition,corporate culture and other aspects;Second,the current situation and existing problems of Sunhu Road project team management in Huajiao Company.introduces the general situation,current situation and main problems of teammanagement of Sunhulu in Huajiao Company,and analyses the causes of the problems with relevant theories.Third,Huajiao Sunhulu Project Team Management Improvement Strategy.Guided by the problems in the development of Sunhulu project team,the improvement strategy of team management is established through "five definitions and one communication".Fourth,we should use the "11-step" working method to establish fair and effective performance management and incentive mechanism.Implement Sunhulu Project Team Management Improvement;Fifth,the guarantee measures for the improvement of team management of Sunhulu Project of Huajiao Company.Mainly from the team culture guarantee,individual development guarantee,conflict resolution mechanism guarantee,administrative logistics support four aspects.Based on the research of team and team management theory,this paper studies and discusses the team management of Sunhulu project of Huajiao Company,and explores a set of systematic and standardized project team management methods by using relevant theory,and puts forward the corresponding feasible scheme.
