| lean production is a production mode with the main goal of minimizing the resources occupied by enterprise production and reducing enterprise management and operation costs.It aims to start from "excellence" and "benefit",take customer demand as the driving force and take full participation as the basis.Lean production can bring great benefits to enterprises.It not only has tangible results,such as reduced inventory,improved quality,shortened development and production cycle,reduced personnel and accelerated market response,but also has intangible results,such as the improvement of the comprehensive quality of enterprise employees,the recognition of values,the improvement of innovation ability and the establishment of team spirit.Although s company has gradually introduced lean production,like most domestic companies,it has not deeply realized the essence of lean production and has not achieved the expected results.Many domestic enterprises are also introducing lean production,but according to the development situation,most enterprises have achieved certain results in the initial introduction period,and some even achieved great results.However,with the further promotion,they will encounter bottlenecks or even stagnate.Therefore,this paper takes the 5S management,TPM activities,proposal improvement activities,QCC activities and team construction activities currently carried out by the production management system of S company as the research object,finds out the problems existing in the above activities of S company and formulates the optimization scheme according to the relevant theories,knowledge,tools and methods of lean production,It can be used as a reference for s company to further carry out lean production.It is expected that s company can gradually integrate continuous improvement into employees’ blood through scientific and continuous lean production,and finally enhance employees’ enthusiasm for continuous improvement of work and processes,meet the company’s future sustainable development needs,and then gain a firm foothold in the highly competitive market environment.There are 25 figures,28 tables and 62 references... |
