| In the course of the modernization of our country’s social development,there is a special group of people-migrant workers.In recent years,the development scale of migrant workers has been steadily increasing,the status of migrant workers in our industrial workers structure is no longer just a place,but more and more important.Since the reform and opening-up,the change of industrial structure has accelerated the flow of population,which drives the integration of urban and rural areas.The construction industry belongs to our country’s traditional industry,its status is important,it not only in the economic industrial structure status is remarkable,in the absorption solution labor force employment aspect,also is also playing the important role.According to the National Bureau of Statistics of the People’s Republic of China report,the construction industry accounts for 19 percent of the 290 million 2021 migrant workers in the country,the second largest in terms of the number of migrant workers in the construction industry.According to the Shandong statistical yearbook published by the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Statistics,the gross output value of the construction industry was 1494.73 billion yuan at the end of 2020,an increase of 4.8 percent over the previous year.The number of employees is 3,059,100,accounting for 28.33 percent of the total number of employees in China’s construction industry.Under the current situation,migrant workers group,not only a large number of people,but also an extraordinary status.But restricted by the objective reality condition and the subjective condition,the present employment situation of the construction industry basically is the social bottom class personnel to engage in this work condition arduous and the workload heavy work,the employment quality of migrant workers in construction industry is of great significance to the development of the whole economy and the stability of the society.This paper takes the employment quality of migrant workers in the construction industry in Longkou as the research object.Before carrying out the research,we first read the articles of scholars and periodicals to understand the relevant theories and research,in order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the next step of research.Then through the questionnaire survey,collect data and information of migrant workers in the construction industry,and in the process of collecting the questionnaire,carry out field visits to understand the real living environment of migrant workers in the construction industry,work status,and the social situation.In the specific thesis,through the work situation,labor security,employment stability,employment satisfaction,government function service these five dimensions,to build the index evaluation system.The employment quality of migrant workers in construction industry in Longkou was found to be average and there was still room for improvement.In order to find out the factors that affect their employment quality,this paper uses the order Logistics regression model to analyze the relevant factors,it is concluded that the job situation,insurance situation,employment stability,wage income,employment satisfaction and government function service are the important factors affecting the employment quality.Finally,based on the current situation of the employment quality of migrant workers in construction industry in Longkou,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the employment quality of migrant workers,enterprises and the government. |
