For enterprises,supply chain is the lifeblood of their survival and development,while quality management is the guarantee for their sustainable development.As the top priority of quality management,parts quality management has become the lever for the prosperity of enterprises.In terms of the auto industry,usually there are tens of thousands of components in a car,and OEMs are mainly responsible for assembling these components,their production of the material are very few,almost 70%of the material and parts is done through purchasing and outsourcing processing,spare parts quality level decided to a company’s product reliability and stability.Based on the review of previous parts quality management literature,this paper combined with supplier quality management APQP,parts maturity assurance and PPAP theory to study the problems of parts quality management in the development stage of G company.Firstly,this paper analyzes the division of responsibilities of quality planning,the sequence of parts development and the content of quality planning.To solve the problem of responsibility division,the working mode of four leaf clover cross functional team was proposed.The critical path method is proposed to calculate the development cycle of parts and determine the development sequence of parts by comparison.Re improve the content of APQP and form 34 sub tasks to provide action guide for G company in parts quality planning.Secondly,risk identification problems and process quality control problems in the quality control process are analyzed,with emphasis on identifying potential component risks in the development process and optimizing the risk classification process.The model of round table conference is used to control risks of high risk suppliers.In addition,aiming at the problem of insufficient quality control in the development process,PDCA method is proposed to form a quality control loop of quality planning,quality review,quality KPI monitoring and upgrade management to monitor and correct the quality problems in the development process.Finally,the process analysis method is used to analyze the parts approval process of G company.The traffic light method is adopted to solve the problem that the parts approval process is not transparent and optimize the parts approval review and parts approval process,realize the standardization and informatization of PPAP management,and ensure the parts production process and supplier quality assurance ability to meet the quality requirements set by G company.Through the implementation of human resources guarantee,management support guarantee and IT information system guarantee to ensure the expected results of the solution,to solve G company in the new product development phase of parts quality management deficiencies.Through the research on APQP management problems,quality control management problems and PPAP management problems of G company,this paper aims to improve the parts quality management system of G company,improve the working efficiency and reduce the management cost.This study enriches the theory of supplier quality in China and provides reference for other enterprises to improve their own supply chain quality management.
