| Six sigma management is a synthetic system.Six sigma aims to improve benefits of the company and the customer satisfaction.Six sigma management is based on the deeply understanding of customer requirements,the statistical analysis of the data and continuous improvement of the business process,to maximize the quality,reduce waste and improve the efficiency.In this paper on the theory of six sigma management as the basis,to V company material inventory management improvement as a case,this paper discusses the application of sigma management in improving the inventory management of automobile parts manufacturing.In this paper,we use the six sigma method of define,measure,analysis,improve and control to recognize the main factors that affect the material inventory management of V company,find out the solutions to improve and consolidate the performance,achieve the goal of V company improve raw material inventory turnover.The successful application of six sigma raw material inventory management improvement project also provides a new path for more auto parts manufacturers to improve their inventory management.The research results of this paper are not only helpful for V company to improve inventory management reduce operating costs and improve competitiveness,but also have significance value for similar management improvement project of other enterprises. |
