Research On SN Airlines Cargo Safety Improvement Based On Six Sigma Management

Air safety is the primary concern of air cargo.Sigma management has the characteristics of a wide range of application and complete system.It is more suitable for aviation safety management.In recent years,involving the number and types of drugs,chemical products,such as fragile goods transport of dangerous goods increased in high risk goods quality of freight services,cargo storage conditions freight transportation condition requirements are relatively high,so the high risk cargo price than ordinary goods high.Some express companies lack of awareness of dangerous goods,security awareness,the existence of dangerous goods transport,ignoring the subjective idea of safe transportation.Coupled with air express unpacking inspection,there is no common practice,resulting in high risk of safe air cargo.It is imperative to establish a safety management system suitable for the current domestic air cargo.The occurrence of safety accidents is less,which has little impact on the company’s economy and reputation,which is to create benefits for enterprises and reduce the operating costs of enterprises brought about by security.This article is based on the above considerations and adopt the Six Sigma management model,which can be of some reference significance to the same industry in china.This paper mainly introduces the basic theory of Six Sigma management and its improved model DMAIC,by improving the model DMAIC definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control of the five stages described have a relatively clear understanding about the basic process of Six Sigma management;then introduced the basic situation of SN airlines and security management the airline SN framework based on SN airlines cargo security issues and targets are defined,and then the SN airlines cargo safety input and output were measured by freight process analysis as the basis,select the Six Sigma quality management index;through the clear SN Airlines Cargo process improvement.evaluation of the optimization measures give the freight flow and Optimization Based on the results,and the SN Airlines Cargo improved process control;protection from the organization Four aspects of system guarantee,team guarantee and cooperation guarantee are discussed,and corresponding measures are put forward to ensure the safety of SN airlines to improve and implement effectively.
