Induction cooker is popular in urban and rural areas because of its advantages such as no fire,less smoke,safety and environmental protection.However,due to the low threshold of induction cooker industry entry,manufacturers blindly follow the trend,resulting in serious homogenization of products,and product quality is uneven,which is criticized by consumers.Also the rapid development of mobile Internet technology has promoted the continuous development of the e-commerce industry,so that the speed of information acquisition and dissemination is accelerated again,and the life cycle of household appliances products is greatly shortened.The consequent acceleration of product and quality improvement speed is also required.Six Sigma management method is based on six Sigma measurement.It is suitable for all departments and processes of all companies.It is an improvement activity of the whole scale:suitable for short-term improvement using project(PJT).Six Sigma identifies important project topics through Voice of Customer(VOC)and Corporate Strategy(VOB),improves business process defects and ultimately meets customer needs.Based on the product quality improvement activities of M company,a large domestic household appliances manufacturer,this research uses six sigma DMIC method,SIPOC,FMEA,MSA and other tools to practice in the project of improving the quality of the PCB of M coimpany,so as to:improve the production quality of PCB,reduce the market maintenance rate of the PCB,and enhance the industry of the electromagnetic furnace of M company.Competitiveness.Through the practice of Six Sigma Quality Improvement Project,M Company has successfully applied Six Sigma management theory to improve the quality of the PCB improvement project,based on the existing IS09000 and other management foundation related to Six Sigma,including organizational structure,support from senior leaders,institutional system,talent reserve and other conditions,so as to achieve rapid and targeted quality improvement to adapt to it.
