Internet Data Center,or IDC.IDC room design architecture,structure,electrical,HVAC,water supply and drainage,fire,network,intelligence and other professional technology in one.In order to ensure the reliable operation of the computer system and the unimpeded transmission of information in the communication network hub,a good operating environment is essential.The construction project of IDC computer room has many difficulties,such as large amount of engineering,complex engineering content,high requirements of industry and technology,more and uncontrollable cooperative parties,tight project schedule,etc..One of the IDC room infrastructure project schedule has become the most important.Combined with references and previous relevant project experience,and under the guidance of relevant theories,this paper takes the progress management of IDC computer room construction project as the research object,investigates and analyzes the background and target requirements of IDC computer room construction.Combined with the analysis data and the theoretical basis of project schedule management,the schedule management plan suitable for IDC computer room construction project is prepared,and the scientific and reasonable implementation scheme is formulated.Through literature research method,case analysis method and WBS decomposition method,this paper analyzes the project,and then on this basis,uses PCM method and pert method to calculate the critical path in the network plan diagram,and then further uses the critical path method to dynamically track and control the project implementation process.Finally,according to the project duration problems,personnel problems and cost problems,the corresponding solutions are proposed Optimization measures are mainly carried out from three levels of organizational measures,technical measures and economic measures,so as to improve the management efficiency.In the progress control part,the project deviation correction method in the progress control part is an effective measure proposed according to the possible objective deviation causes in the construction.Through studying and improving the progress management of IDC computer room construction project of a certain company,the project progress has been effectively improved,and on this basis,the management level of IDC computer room construction project has been continuously optimized and improved,so as to save the construction period and cost,shorten the time needed for infrastructure construction and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
