Project management is in a certain constraint conditions to finish some things,including the largest bound by time,cost and quality.In the project time constraints,mainly reflected in the project schedule management,because as long as it is,there will be progress management issues.The requirement of the project schedule is through a tight schedule,and all kinds of resources configuration and security,so that the project can accord the constraints of the contract,within the prescribed period of time to complete.At the time of construction should pay attention to the arrangement of time,guarantee the overall quality of the project.According to the content of the contract of construction,can save costs to a great extent,and can also provide guarantee for quality.If just catch time limit or delay the delivery time,generally can't reasonable control problem of money,it is easy to affect the overall quality.In this paper,on the basis of the original theory,using the PERT method,the TBDG transformer intelligent manufacturing digital workshop construction project progress plan and control are studied.First,this paper summarizes the basic theory of project schedule management,and preparation methods were summarized on the project schedule plan,discusses the relevant methods for control of the project schedule,laid a theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly,this paper expounds the TBDG transformer intelligent manufacturing digital workshop construction project background,characteristics and target,summary for the project organization structure and management methods;Surrounding the project schedule plan,starting from the job description of this project,the project decomposition,time estimation,network chart drawing and at the beginning of time limit for a project,finally is optimized and the roadmap to re-examine;Finally,analysis the influence factors of project progress control and to monitor the project schedule,on the basis of based on PDCA method,summarized the control of the project process,then proposed according to the final result generalize the corresponding protection measures.Thesis research will ensure TBDG transformer intelligent digital workshop construction progress of the project,also for the establishment of the enterprise project management methods to provide scientific and effective method.
