Research On The Cost And Schedule Management Of Maritime Satellite Communication Room Reforming

With the rapid development of economy and technology in our country,the communication demand of our country is also increasing,a large number of optical fibers are used in large capacity data transmission between cities,and the coverage of terrestrial wireless cellular network is gradually expanding.The ground communication infrastructure is becoming more and more perfect,and the communication service is becoming more and more perfect.But in the seaside areas ground network doesn’t work well,satellite communication as an important supple extension in the ground where cable network does not coverage in China.Satellite communication has the advantage of wide coverage,long distance,and quick to form a network,satellite communications is not affected by ground earthquake,traffic,weather,is an important part of the emergency communications network in our country.The continuous development of technology led to the old satellite communications station needs to be upgraded,to adapt to the equipment update and supporting.In the reforming of engineering projects,satellite communication equipment and equipment station are complex,high technical content,satellite communication station construction needs professional technical personnel to operate and maintain.This paper studies how to use the tools and methods of project management to upgrade the satellite communication station safely and efficiently.This is the technical need of the development of communication technology,and also the urgent requirement of developing our country’s social economy.This paper takes the upgrading and reconstruction project of maritime satellite communication station as an example.First of all,from the current relatively mature project management theory,the use of project management tools,methods to analyze the project characteristics of the project station upgrade and reconstruction project difficulties.Secondly,analyze the company’s management structure,find out the existing problems in the company’s project management,and then design and optimize the construction scheme.Thirdly,the WBS task decomposition structure was used to decompose the upgrading and reconstruction tasks,the PERT network diagram critical path method was used to coordinate and arrange theconstruction,and the progress and cost data CPI and SPI were analyzed to find the existing problems in the project execution and correct them.According to the median estimation construction period estimation theory,the project duration is estimated and planned.In terms of cost control,the project cost is controlled by optimizing the construction sequence,reasonably arranging the construction work and timely implementing the changes to the project.Finally,some specific reasonable Suggestions for communication construction station are explored through research which can provide reference experience for similar engineering construction in the future.
