| The renovation of shantytowns has always been a major livelihood project,safety project,environmental engineering and development project in China.The Central Committee of the Party,the State Council,the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government attach great importance to the renovation of shantytowns.In order to improve the living environment of more shantytowns,increase the progress and strength of the transformation of shantytowns in urban areas of China,build a new people-centred urbanisation pattern,stimulate capital investment and expand consumption demand,promote the acceleration of related industries and ecology,give full play to vigourously the promotion of the economy,and realise the economy and the environment.The continuous healthy development of the situation and the continuous improvement of people’s livelihood have been attached great importance to by the Central Committee of the Party,the State Council,the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government.A series of relevant decisions and arrangements have been made,and a number of policy incentives and safeguard measures have been issued,with the ultimate goal of smoothly promoting the renovation of shantytowns.In order to implement the Beijing Urban Master Plan(2016-2035),we must adhere to the requirements of "double-control" and "three lines",strictly control the proportion of demolition and construction of shantytown renovation projects,and realise the overall planning of the progress,cost,quality and effect of shantytown renovation projects.This paper systematically analyses the progress control theory of shantytown transformation projects,combined with the case of shantytown renovation projects in Beijing Pingfang township,aiming at external factors such as changes in government policies,many emergencies,historical residual problems and unfavourable demolition publicity,capital guarantee problems,and projects in the progress control of the shantytown renovation project.Internal factors such as management problems.Use WBS method to decompose shantytown transformation tasks,estimate the duration of various work based on previous relevant work experience,use Gantt chart method to formulate the construction project progress plan,and compile project network plan drawings to get key paths.Optimise the key route by focussing on detecting the milestone engineering node of the scaffolding project,so as to shorten the construction period.In-depthly analyse and study the reasons for the deviation between the actual progress and the planned progress,correct the deviation of the progress in time,and ensure the smooth completion of the shantytown renovation project on schedule through the implementation of responsibilities and the preparation of emergency plans,so as to realise the early relocation of farmers to the building.The design idea and implementation scheme of this paper have high portability and usability.It can provide ideas and reference for other enterprises with similar problems. |
