A Study On Quality Management Of Shantytown Renovation Projects

In recent years,the scale of shanty town renovation projects has been expanding.The shanty town renovation projects are often a project to benefit the people led by the government to speed up urban construction and improve the living environment of residents of care.However,judging from the construction status of shantytown renovation projects in my country,due to the lack of emphasis on project quality management,the delivered houses often have many engineering quality problems,such as wall cracking,foundation drop,wall peeling and other phenomena,which are more serious.There have even been collapse accidents,which have brought a great negative impact on the lives and safety of residents.How to improve the quality of shantytown renovation projects has attracted the attention of the government,construction units,construction units and other related organizations,and has become the focus of the whole society.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the quality management of shantytown reconstruction projects.This paper takes the shantytown renovation project A as the research object,and studies its quality management.Firstly,on the basis of briefly expounding the general situation of the project,comprehensively using the brainstorming method and the Delphi method to identify the influencing factors of the project quality management,and identified 14 categories covering the project preparatory stage,the project construction stage and the project completion acceptance stage.The influencing factors of project quality management;secondly,based on the identification results of influencing factors of project quality management,the analytic hierarchy process is used to select the influencing factors of project quality management as indicators,and its weight value is calculated,so as to obtain the evaluation results of influencing factors of project quality management.The results show that the index weights of 10 project quality management influencing factors such as key construction processes and construction quality accident handling are relatively high,and should be considered when formulating project quality management plans;thirdly,based on the identification results and evaluation results of project quality management influencing factors,The quality management plan for the pre-preparation stage of the project,the project construction stage and the project completion acceptance stage are formulated in turn;finally,the quality management guarantee measures for the A shanty town renovation project are put forward.Through the research,we hope to provide theoretical guidance for the completion of the project according to quality standards,and also provide reference for the quality management of other similar shantytown renovation projects in China.
